5 Steps Natural Cure for Pregnant Woman

It is normal for a woman to have heartburn in the early stage of pregnancy. A hormone called progesterone is released and can cause heartburn problem. Don’t worry because there are many ways to solve this problem with natural cures: -

  • Yogurt or milk can be used to cure pregnancy heartburn.
  • Like I mentioned many times here, honey is a natural cure for heartburn. You can mix a tablespoon of hone in a glass of warm milk.
  • Eating diet is very important. You can as much as you want but don’t eat too much in every serving. Rather than 3 large meals, you may want to change it to 5 daily meals.
  • I know sometimes a pregnant woman craves for certain type of foods but please avoid fatty foods, tomatoes, pepper, spicy food, alcohol, peppermint, garlic and chocolate because they can causing heartburn.
  • Make sure to use extra pillows to support your head so that your stomach will always at lower point to make sure food doesn’t enter your esophagus during sleep and don’t eat at least 2 hours before going to bed.
